First State Bank of the Florida Keys funded this $424K C-PACE transaction through FASTPACE. The financing covered 100% of the solar PV installation costs over a 24-year term, requiring no out-of-pocket expense from the property owner.

This is the first FASTPACE closing in the state of Florida, funded in partnership with the Florida Development Finance Corporation (FDFC), the statewide administrator of Florida's C-PACE program. The project will save an estimated $43K in energy costs over the life of the system.
