FASTPACE is a full-service C-PACE platform with $250M in committed capital, purpose-built for the small-balance and middle-market segment: transactions from $250K to $10M+ where speed, simplicity, and execution matter most.
Founded in 2021 by the former head of the national PACE industry association, FASTPACE was built on a straightforward premise: C-PACE is a powerful financing tool, but in the past it was too slow and too complicated for most of the market to use. Our platform changes that, handling origination, underwriting, closing, and master servicing so that property owners, developers, contractors, and lenders can close deals without building C-PACE expertise themselves.
