Low Credit Risk

C-PACE is secured by a voluntary property assessment, not a personal guarantee. Repayment is collected through the property tax system or via direct billing, depending on the program. C-PACE does not accelerate.

FASTPACE operates the infrastructure across all active C-PACE jurisdictions. Some markets do require independent capital provider registration. FASTPACE guides you through the process.

Bank Examiner Support

FASTPACE serves as portfolio manager and master servicer on all C-PACE loans originated through the platform, handling billing, collections, reporting, and tax authority coordination. Secondary market access is available when you're ready to manage concentration or free up capital.
