Broad St. Office, locally known as the Wilson Building, is a historic office building located in Lancaster, Ohio. Through a partnership between Ohio PACE, Amalgamated Bank, and FASTPACE, C-PACE financing supported an extensive building renovation that will deliver long-term energy savings for all tenants.

Amalgamated Bank funded this $478K C-PACE transaction through FASTPACE. The financing covered lighting upgrades, HVAC improvements, building envelope work, and a solar installation over a 24-year term, supporting a comprehensive renovation of the historic property.
