Allectrify, along with Pathway Lending and the City of Chattanooga PACE program, has been honored with a 2024 PACESetter Award for an innovative C-PACE deal.
The award recognizes the Flatiron Heights project in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which utilized C-PACE financing through the FASTPACE platform to fund comprehensive energy improvements in a mixed-use development.
