Amalgamated Bank used Allectrify's FASTPACE platform to provide $1.9 million in C-PACE financing for energy efficiency upgrades at the historic Alley North office complex in Oklahoma City.
The improvements include building envelope upgrades, HVAC modernization, and other energy-saving measures designed to reduce operating costs and improve tenant comfort.
